Isca sullo Ionio has got a nice camp site on a good beach

From Isca we visited some places from Crotone to Reggio Calabria, where we could have a look of the famous Bronzi di Riace.

The Ionian is less popular and touristy than the Tirrenian coast, so in August it's not very crowded and we could enjoy our holydays.

Along the coast there are many beaches without facilities, so it's a good idea put in the car a sun ombrella and everything is useful for a day on the beach.

In July and August many villages has got some night celebration, with home made local food and local products, like stuffed peppers, wild artichokes, tomato sauce with tons of red hot chilly pepper and so on.

The local kitchen and the pastries are great, so it's not possible to make diet.
